About the Role
You will manage daily community activity across Discord, Reddit, and other platforms. You will create campaigns and recurring programs, support a constructive environment, build advocate relationships, amplify member work, and share community feedback with product and marketing.

- Grow and manage Discord engagement and interactions

- Manage day-to-day community activity across platforms
- Plan and maintain a content and engagement rhythm
- Support a safe, inclusive, and constructive environment
