About the Role
You will run developer community programming and moderation across Discord, GitHub, forums, and meetups. You will produce technical events, define sales handoffs, build ecosystem programs, connect activity to account signals, measure pipeline impact, and use experiments and feedback to improve programs.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of community, field marketing, events, developer marketing, or related experience
- Experience running budgeted events with measurable pipeline or revenue targets
- Experience growing technical communities across developer channels
- Program management for events, partners, vendors, budgets, and follow-up
- Metrics, experimentation, and baseline measurement skills
- Ability to communicate credibly with developers
- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Growth Engineering, Content, and Product
- Ability to work in person from San Francisco
Responsibilities
- Run developer community programming and moderation across community channels
- Produce workshops, hands-on builds, dinners, hackathons, and technical events
- Define qualification, account mapping, follow-up ownership, and sales handoffs
- Develop ecosystem programs with partners and developer communities
- Connect community and event activity to account-level signals
- Track pipeline, conversion, cost, and engagement metrics
- Test, improve, scale, or stop programs based on results
- Bring structured community feedback into product and go-to-market decisions
