About the Role
You will own onboarding from offer acceptance through each new hire's first week. You will coordinate background checks, I-9 verification, HR-system setup, travel, laptop delivery, and systems access. You will communicate with new hires, align stakeholders, track immigration needs, and improve onboarding checklists and handoffs.

Responsibilities
- Own onboarding from offer acceptance through the first week
- Build onboarding programs and first-week sessions
- Coordinate background checks, I-9 verification, HR-system setup, travel, laptop delivery, and systems access
- Communicate proactively with new hires
- Provide white-glove onboarding for executive hires
- Identify and track immigration and visa needs
- Coordinate Recruiting, IT, managers, office teams, and immigration partners
- Improve onboarding trackers, checklists, handoffs, and communications
