About the Role
You will manage employment-based immigration cases, coordinate with outside counsel, and support employees through visa and permanent-residency processes. You will maintain policies and resources, track legal developments, and escalate complex situations with clear recommendations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of employment-based immigration case-management experience
- Experience with H-1B, O-1, L-1, TN, PERM, I-140, and I-485 processes
- Knowledge of U.S. immigration law
- Experience managing high volumes of cases and deadlines
- Communication skills
- Judgment on when to advise or escalate
- Experience partnering with outside immigration counsel and cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Manage permanent residency and visa cases for new hires and employees
- Partner with outside counsel on immigration filings and case progress
- Initiate global work-visa applications
- Guide employees through immigration policies and processes
- Escalate complex immigration situations with recommended options
- Maintain accurate immigration policies and employee resources
- Monitor U.S. immigration law and policy changes
