About the Role
You will support the office through general administration including CEO scheduling office management supplies control internal events regulations and document management. You will also handle bookkeeping accounting closes budgets financial reports invoices payments expenses attendance payroll social insurance procedures employee changes and contracts. You will support customer onboarding documentation KYC and AML procedures and contract management while coordinating with internal departments and external specialists.
Requirements
- Business-level Japanese and English reading writing and speaking skills
- Basic communication skills for working smoothly in a team
- Experience in accounting finance general affairs or labor administration is welcome
- Knowledge equivalent to Japanese Bookkeeping Level 3 is welcome
- Korean reading writing and speaking skills are welcome
- Interest in cryptocurrency and Web3
Responsibilities
- Support the CEO with scheduling and restaurant reservations
- Maintain the office environment and manage supplies
- Organize internal events company-wide meetings and team-building activities
- Manage regulations and documents
- Provide internal administrative support as needed
- Handle bookkeeping and monthly and annual accounting closes
- Manage budgets and prepare financial reports
- Process invoices payments and expense reimbursements
- Manage attendance payroll and social insurance procedures
- Manage employee onboarding offboarding and contracts
- Support customer contract onboarding follow-up and related procedures
- Support required documents and procedures including KYC and AML compliance
- Send and manage contracts
- Coordinate with sales traders finance teams lawyers and administrative specialists
