You will manage the New York office’s administrative and facility needs, coordinate vendors and contractors, and serve as the main contact for building management. You will support events, local benefits programs, visitor reception, workplace safety, access control, emergency response, and initiatives that encourage office engagement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant operations and facilities experience
• Experience coordinating facilities operations and office moves
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Knowledge of workplace systems tools and platforms
• Experience working with property management teams
• Experience being on call and managing emergency situations
• Strong customer service and hospitality skills
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
• Comfort communicating with leadership and driving decisions

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative and general office needs
• Oversee local vendors and contractors
• Coordinate with building management on facility needs
• Support event planning and offsite retreats
• Manage local perks and benefits programs
• Greet visitors and provide a welcoming experience
• Ensure workplace safety compliance
• Assess employee health and safety risks
• Issue key cards and visitor passes
• Encourage employees to return to the office
