About the Role

You will support sourcing plans for new product introductions, retrofits, and cross-functional programs. You will coordinate procurement stakeholders and suppliers, track cost, schedules, readiness, and risks, gather quotes for cost models, incorporate aftersales needs, and support transitions into steady-state sourcing operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or project or program management
• Experience supporting NPI, product development, or cross-functional programs in a technical or manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of sourcing, supplier management, and purchasing processes
• Project management, analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing plans for NPI, retrofit, and cross-functional initiatives
• Align sourcing activities with program milestones and launch schedules
• Coordinate sourcing requirements, decisions, and dependencies across stakeholders and suppliers
• Track supplier readiness, cost, schedule, material risks, and sourcing milestones
• Identify and escalate sourcing, supplier, cost, and schedule risks
• Support alignment of engineering designs with approved suppliers
• Gather supplier quotes, pricing, and cost inputs for cost models and sourcing decisions
• Incorporate spare-parts, serviceability, warranty, and lifecycle-cost considerations
• Support multiple concurrent programs
• Support transitions from development to steady-state procurement and sourcing operations
