About the Role
You will provide first-line nighttime support for robot systems, AGVs, and WES platforms. You will respond to alerts received by phone, email, and monitoring systems; triage incidents; escalate issues to relevant departments; and support recovery remotely. You will also prepare maintenance-contract estimates and complete administrative work related to annual inspections and maintenance.
Requirements
- Be able to work dedicated night shifts, expected from 22:00 to 08:00
- Have maintenance, operations, or support experience with machinery, FA equipment, logistics equipment, robots, or automation systems
- Be able to organize incident situations and perform appropriate escalation and response
- Have basic PC skills, including Excel, email, and business systems
- Have business-level Japanese proficiency
Responsibilities
- Receive first-line nighttime inquiries related to robot systems, AGVs, and WES platforms
- Respond to alerts from phone, email, and monitoring systems
- Triage incidents and escalate issues to relevant departments
- Provide remote recovery support and customer assistance
- Prepare estimates related to maintenance contracts
- Perform administrative work related to annual inspections and maintenance
