About the Role

You will design and deliver system-critical electromechanical hardware from concept through testing. You will create robust, manufacturable, thermally sound, field-ready designs; collaborate with engineering and supplier functions; and lead CAD, analysis, prototyping, validation, troubleshooting, and design iteration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
  • 3+ years of hands-on mechanical product design experience
  • Proficiency in mechanical CAD
  • Experience designing complex electromechanical systems, assemblies, enclosures, or mechanical packaging
  • Knowledge of materials, tolerances, GD&T, and structural or thermal design
  • Experience with prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, and design iteration
  • Occasional willingness to travel
  • Meet and maintain U.S. person status requirements

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop system-critical mechanical hardware, including structures, enclosures, electromechanical packaging, thermal management, and environmental protection
  • Collaborate with hardware, safety, test, manufacturing, and supplier teams to translate requirements into robust mechanical designs
  • Own designs from analysis and CAD through prototype builds, validation, root-cause analysis, and design iteration
