About the Role
You will coordinate the operational steps required to bring clients live on a card network, track readiness milestones, and maintain clear documentation of configurations and status. You will map workflows, perform root cause analysis, and build standard operating procedures and checklists to improve efficiency. You will assist with day-to-day network operations, gather data for reporting, identify recurring activation issues, and support BIN management and program configurations as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field (recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience)
- Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset with knowledge of workflow design and operations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Clear communicator comfortable working across technical and business-facing teams
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with project tracking tools is a plus
- Interest in card networks payments infrastructure or fintech operations is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Responsibilities
- Coordinate operational steps to bring new clients live on the card network
- Track readiness milestones across multiple clients and flag risks
- Maintain documentation of go-live requirements, configurations, and status
- Communicate progress and next steps to internal teams in a timely manner
- Map workflows and identify opportunities to reduce time effort and error
- Build and maintain standard operating procedures checklists and tracking tools
- Apply process mapping root cause analysis and workflow optimization
- Propose and test scalable operational improvements
- Assist in day-to-day network operations including data gathering and reporting
- Identify recurring issues across client activations
- Support BIN management program configurations and network requirements
