About the Role
You will drive strategic projects at the intersection of traditional finance and blockchain. You will own a portfolio of distribution relationships, manage partner conversations through to close, and build partner-facing proposals and pitch materials. You will lead onboarding and operational execution for new initiatives, coordinate with legal and external counsel, and manage external vendors. You will run pipeline and CRM reviews, track partnership and on-chain metrics, surface insights, maintain documentation and due diligence workstreams, and identify workflow inefficiencies to implement solutions and automation.
Requirements
- 2-4 years in business strategy consulting ops or business development roles
- Experience in crypto-native or crypto CeFi platforms
- Strong analytical background STEM preferred
- Excellent project management and execution skills
- Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency using AI tools to improve productivity
- Ability to work effectively in a remote asynchronous environment
- Nice to have: knowledge of DeFi mechanisms token lifecycle management smart contracts or digital securities platforms
- Nice to have: experience with regulated financial institutions and familiarity with U.S. securities regulations broker-dealer compliance or transfer agency operations
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of B2B2C distribution relationships
- Manage partner conversations with DeFi protocols market makers and liquidity providers through to close
- Build proposals pitch materials and partner-facing collateral
- Lead onboarding and operational execution for new strategic initiatives
- Coordinate with internal legal and external counsel to keep contracts entity setup and compliance workstreams on track
- Own external vendor relationships end to end
- Monitor the competitive landscape across tokenized assets DeFi and digital securities
- Run pipeline and CRM reviews and maintain accurate team reporting
- Track partnership and on-chain metrics and surface actionable insights
- Own documentation across briefs due diligence workstreams and legal liaising
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and build solutions including automation
