About the Role
You will own NetSuite configuration and functional design for global finance processes. You will gather requirements, lead entity and module rollouts, manage releases and upgrades, guide customization decisions, create reporting content, and manage permissions, access reviews, and audit evidence.
Requirements
- NetSuite experience in-house or in consulting, including end-to-end implementations
- Experience administering a NetSuite instance after go-live, through close cycles and upgrades
- Experience with intercompany, multi-currency, consolidation, and revenue recognition in NetSuite
- Ability to advise Finance on system design and accounting impacts
- Experience managing competing requests from multiple finance teams
Responsibilities
- Configure NetSuite chart of accounts, subsidiaries, revenue recognition, and fixed assets
- Own transaction flows from sales through collection, close, and reporting
- Decide whether requirements need configuration, customization, or process change
- Work with engineering on customization design
- Gather finance requirements and own functional design
- Lead new entity and module rollouts and user training
- Drive user acceptance testing, deployment, change control, and annual upgrades
- Advise on NetSuite capability and alternative system suitability
- Build and maintain saved searches, reports, dashboards, and SuiteAnalytics content
- Manage roles, permissions, provisioning, access reviews, and audit evidence
