About the Role
You will supervise and train field-based merchant openers, support merchant strategy and operational growth, and help hire and manage team members. You will monitor individual performance, prepare reports, onboard major partners, address support requests, and share field feedback on merchant needs and product issues.
Requirements
- Fluency in French
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Sales skills
- Experience managing a team or in distribution
- Analytical skills
- Work authorization in Côte d’Ivoire
Responsibilities
- Supervise field-based merchant openers
- Support merchant strategy and quarterly objectives
- Support operational growth
- Hire, train and manage merchant team members
- Monitor individual performance and prepare team reports
- Assist with onboarding major partners
- Follow up on support-team requests
- Provide feedback on merchant needs, problems and technical issues
- Provide feedback from daily openings and below-the-line activities
