About the Role
You will deploy and manage corporate merchants across Senegal, handling onboarding, branding, technical account setup and training. You will monitor merchant performance, visit merchants when activity drops, process settlements and oversee rollouts of new stores including installation and initial support. You will conduct field visits to ensure operations and compliance, interview clients about their needs, report bugs to engineers, and collect market feedback. You will coordinate with marketing and other teams on promotions events and communications, prepare meeting notes and partner updates, and support the growth of operational activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Sales Marketing Business Administration or similar
- 2+ years experience in a similar position
- Fluent in French English is a plus
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience conducting field-related merchant activities including acquiring and onboarding merchants
- Experience supporting customers
Responsibilities
