About the Role
You will own and drive critical internal workflows, managing and verifying manual wire deposits and executing fiat withdrawals via BCB and crypto withdrawals via Fireblocks. You will maintain and update performance dashboards for investment strategies, lead full-cycle liquidity operations including rebalancing and settlement, supervise support agents and review communications, support sales commission reporting and distribution, and provide ad-hoc business operations support such as product coordination, documentation, and report gathering. Time intensity will vary depending on business demands.
