About the Role
You will coordinate the operational steps to bring clients live on the payments platform, track readiness milestones, and communicate progress to stakeholders. You will map and optimize onboarding workflows, build SOPs and tracking tools, and support day-to-day payments operations including reporting, data gathering, BIN implementations, and testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field
- Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset with practical knowledge of workflow design and operations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage several workstreams simultaneously
- Clear communicator, comfortable working across technical and business-facing teams
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with project tracking tools
- Interest in card payments, payments infrastructure, or fintech operations (preferred)
- Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate operational steps to bring new clients live on the payments platform
- Track readiness milestones across multiple clients and flag risks
- Maintain documentation of go-live requirements, configurations, and status
- Communicate progress and next steps to internal teams in a timely manner
- Map onboarding workflows and identify opportunities to reduce time, effort, and error
- Build and maintain standard operating procedures, checklists, and tracking tools
- Apply process mapping, root cause analysis, and workflow optimization to operational challenges
- Propose and test improvements that scale with client growth
- Support day-to-day operations including data gathering, internal reporting, and cross-functional coordination
- Identify recurring issues across client activations that indicate systemic gaps
- Assist with program configurations, BIN management, and card program requirements
- Manage and track Product Information Forms across active programs
- Support account range processing activities and coordinate with scheme counterparts
- Assist in BIN implementations including setup coordination, testing milestones, and documentation
