About the Role

You will support daily operational workflows, coordinate requests between departments, and manage vendor and logistics communication. You will process and track expenses, assist with invoices and payments, organize shipments and international deliveries, and arrange travel and events for leadership. You will handle ad-hoc tasks and keep processes organized using Excel and Google Sheets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in operations assistant or coordinator roles
  • Experience with financial and administrative processes
  • Confidence with Excel and Google Sheets
  • English proficiency Upper Intermediate or higher
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations across teams
  • Coordinate tasks between departments including Finance HR Production Legal
  • Manage incoming requests and prioritize effectively
  • Communicate with vendors and external partners
  • Handle purchase requests and operational workflows
  • Process and track expenses including corporate card expenses
  • Work with financial systems for expense reporting
  • Assist with invoices payments and financial documentation
  • Support office-related payments
  • Organize shipments including international deliveries
  • Coordinate logistics and resolve delivery issues
  • Organize business trips for leadership including hotels transfers and insurance
  • Support internal meetings and executive gatherings
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks across teams
  • Keep processes organized and under control
