About the Role
You will manage the technical and construction execution of MEP packages from design through installation, commissioning, and handover. You will coordinate contractors, review designs and submittals, inspect work, resolve technical issues, monitor milestones and risks, support commercial processes, and maintain safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
- Lead on-site MEP construction activities
- Manage interfaces between mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls, and building systems
- Review designs, drawings, and submittals
- Conduct inspections and resolve technical issues
- Oversee commissioning documentation, testing results, and handover packages
- Coordinate MEP contractors, consultants, and suppliers
- Chair coordination meetings
- Support change management, claims, and progress validation
- Track construction, procurement, and commissioning milestones
- Report cost, quality, risk, and performance metrics
- Embed safety, sustainability, and energy-efficiency practices
