About the Role

You will build and own growth surfaces across activation, onboarding, SEO, lifecycle, conversion, retention, and paid upgrades. You will lead experiments from hypothesis and instrumentation through implementation, analysis, and rollout. You will build applied AI systems for segmentation, personalization, recommendations, and onboarding, using funnel data to improve adoption, conversion, retention, and revenue.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Full-stack engineering skills with Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Python
• Experience shipping experiments and product improvements in parallel
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation platforms
• SQL and data-informed decision-making skills
• Strong product judgment

Responsibilities

• Design and own growth surfaces across the product funnel
• Lead experiments from hypothesis and instrumentation through implementation, analysis, and rollout
• Build classifiers, personalization, and AI-driven onboarding and recommendation systems
• Launch vertical-specific experiences tied to adoption and revenue outcomes
• Improve activation, conversion, retention, and habit-formation metrics using reliable experiment data
• Partner with product, design, data science, monetization, marketing, and applied AI stakeholders
