About the Role
You will own the post-sales technical relationship for strategic accounts. You will understand customer software-development workflows, design deployment plans, accelerate go-live and adoption, grow consumption, build repeatable playbooks, automate operations, monitor usage, and turn field learning into product capabilities.
Requirements
- Technical foundation in the software development lifecycle and systems design
- Ability to reason about enterprise software development and delivery
- Technical product management, solutions architecture, technical consulting, or engineering experience
- Product intuition and user empathy
- Ability to work closely with engineers and stakeholders
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment is desirable
Responsibilities
- Own the technical relationship for assigned accounts after deals close
- Understand customer software-development workflows and identify friction
- Design deployment plans
- Accelerate customer go-live, adoption, and consumption growth
- Work with executives and individual users to increase usage
- Build repeatable playbooks and automate operational work
- Monitor consumption and intervene when usage dips or blockers arise
- Translate field learning into product capabilities with Engineering and Product teams
