About the Role
Act as the primary preparer for stablecoin-related accounting and reporting activities, supporting management review and approval while maintaining financial accuracy across subsidiaries and digital asset products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, or Audit.
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial management, reporting, accounting, or audit.
- Experience performing detailed, data-intensive reconciliations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience writing and editing SQL queries.
- High proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for advanced data modeling.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Bonus: public audit firm or full audit lifecycle experience.
- Bonus: active CPA certification or local equivalent.
- Bonus: US GAAP and SOX knowledge.
- Bonus: NetSuite or similar ERP proficiency.

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary preparer for assigned stablecoin-related accounting and reporting activities.
- Use advanced Google Sheets to manage large datasets and resolve accounting issues.
- Prepare and record stablecoin customer flows, cash movements, and issuance and redemption entries.
- Perform high-volume reconciliations to ensure accurate and complete stablecoin reporting.
- Generate monthly stablecoin reserve reports and support independent auditor attestations.
- Verify reporting accuracy across existing products and upcoming launches.
- Conduct fluctuation analyses and variance reviews to align ledger balances with financial statements.
- Support accounting software implementation and monthly close automation.
- Support internal controls compliance, financial reporting, external audits, and tax activities.
- Contribute to special accounting projects and ad hoc financial analyses.
