About the Role

You will assist with reviewing and validating transactions, supporting disbursement workflows, preparing financial data for reporting and analysis, and providing administrative support. You will monitor cryptocurrency and fintech regulations, maintain compliance records, support tax filings and audits, improve financial processes, assist with special projects, and address financial inquiries with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Able to report to the PDAX office in Ortigas on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
• Able to complete at least three months of internship
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology

Responsibilities

• Review and validate post-payment transactions for accuracy and completeness
• Support disbursement workflows for cash advances, reimbursements, and requests for payment
• Gather and prepare financial data for internal reporting and analysis
• Provide administrative support to the Finance team
• Monitor cryptocurrency and fintech regulatory updates from the BSP, SEC, and BIR
• Maintain compliance documentation, policies, and internal controls
• Organize records and schedules for routine tax filings and audits
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency
• Support cross-functional projects and research financial or regulatory topics
• Evaluate and optimize financial workflows
• Address financial inquiries from internal stakeholders
• Build and maintain working relationships across teams
• Stay updated on finance and blockchain industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
• Pursue professional growth and skill enhancement
• Share knowledge and insights with team members
