About the Role
You will support above-the-line media operations for US Casino Marketing across Linear TV, OTT/CTV, out-of-home, Direct Mail, and selected direct partnerships. You will lead campaign execution, trafficking, quality assurance, pacing, optimization, reporting, budgeting, and agency coordination. You will develop media plans, analyze performance and spend data, make recommendations, reconcile costs, contribute to forecasts, evaluate media opportunities, and mentor junior colleagues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field
- 3+ years managing above-the-line channels, including Linear TV, OTT/CTV, OOH, and Direct Mail
- Client-facing marketing experience
- Experience with performance marketing and media metrics
- Understanding of data and methodologies used for decision-making and performance management
- Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Understanding of sports and gaming business and culture preferred
- Agency background preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day execution, tracking, and optimization across Linear TV, OTT/CTV, OOH, and Direct Mail
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Analytics, and Media Operations on campaign development, strategy, and implementation
- Manage internal stakeholder and external media agency relationships
- Lead campaign trafficking and quality assurance across ad specifications, tracking, and targeting parameters
- Align messaging and creative assets with campaign strategy and performance goals
- Develop media plans, benchmarks, and improvement opportunities to meet KPIs
- Monitor pacing and performance and recommend campaign and channel optimizations
- Analyze performance, competitive share of voice, creative, and spend data
- Mentor junior team members on ATL media management and performance analysis
- Manage campaign and channel budgets, pacing, forecasts, and reconciliations
- Reconcile monthly spend, invoices, and data fees with Finance
- Support monthly and quarterly forecasting and spend accuracy
- Evaluate agencies, external partners, and new media opportunities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and ad hoc projects
