About the Role

Design and manage water supply, drainage, and HVAC systems for data center projects; prepare bills of quantities; review construction documents; coordinate with internal and external stakeholders; oversee technical quality; develop standards; support implementation; and resolve complex design issues.

Requirements

  • Full-time bachelor's degree or higher in HVAC, plumbing, or equipment
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience at a large Class-A design institute
  • Experience with data center, computing center, or industrial park projects
  • Familiarity with relevant professional standards and procedures
  • Proficiency in CAD and Office software
  • Experience with technical review, design, proofreading, and drawing review
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Bilingual Chinese and English communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Design water supply, drainage, and HVAC systems for data center projects
  • Prepare bills of quantities and review construction drawings
  • Manage bidding and tendering for related on-site projects
  • Coordinate technical requirements with internal departments and external consultants
  • Review design specifications, drawings, calculations, and bills of quantities
  • Supervise technical quality throughout the project cycle
  • Develop design standards, technical specifications, and workflows
  • Support project implementation and manage related on-site construction activities
  • Resolve complex technical design problems
