About the Role

You will ensure electrical components are available for the production schedule, including switchgear, PDC components, and cable and wire. You will run MRP, maintain Clear to Build coverage, anticipate and resolve shortages, manage supplier forecasts and commitments, and maintain ERP planning parameters. You will reconcile inventory records, maintain ABC classification data, and represent electrical material constraints in S&OP reconciliations.

Requirements

2 to 5 years of material planning, supply planning, or MRP execution experience
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Knowledge of MRP logic, complex BOM structures, and ERP planning modules
Experience coordinating supplier forecasts and delivery commitments
Advanced Excel and data manipulation skills

Responsibilities

Run MRP and BOM explosions for electrical components against the Master Production Schedule
Maintain Clear to Build coverage by SKU and work center
Identify potential shortages and escalate them to strategic sourcing
Share rolling forecasts with electrical suppliers and secure capacity and lead-time commitments
Maintain ERP planning parameters including order policies, lot sizing, lead times, safety stock, and planning time fences
Reconcile ERP balances against physical stock and maintain ABC classification data
Represent electrical material and Clear to Build constraints during monthly S&OP reconciliations
