About the Role

You will ensure assigned commodities are available to support the production schedule. You will run MRP and BOM explosions, maintain Clear to Build coverage, identify and escalate material shortages, manage supplier forecasts and commitments, and maintain ERP planning parameters. You will reconcile inventory data with physical stock, maintain ABC classifications, and represent material constraints in monthly S&OP reconciliations.

Requirements

2 to 5 or more years of material planning, MRP execution, or supply and demand planning experience in manufacturing
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Knowledge of MRP logic, complex BOM structures, and ERP planning modules
Experience coordinating rolling forecasts and delivery or capacity commitments with suppliers
Excel and data manipulation skills

Responsibilities

Run MRP and BOM explosions against the Master Production Schedule
Maintain Clear to Build coverage by SKU and work center
Identify and escalate potential material shortages and track mitigation
Share rolling forecasts with suppliers and secure lead-time and capacity commitments
Maintain ERP planning parameters including order policies, lot sizing, lead times, safety stock, make-or-buy flags, and time fences
Reconcile ERP balances against physical stock and maintain ABC classification data
Represent material and Clear to Build constraints during monthly S&OP reconciliations
