About the Role

You will own inventory and procurement for engineering hardware. You will receive, track, restock, kit, ship, and organize components and equipment; maintain inventory records and reorder thresholds; run audits; and support lab upkeep, safety, equipment tracking, and demonstration logistics.

Requirements

• Physical inventory management experience
• Receiving, tracking, cycle counting, reorder threshold, and vendor coordination experience
• Purchasing or procurement experience
• Inventory or component management system familiarity
• Electronic component, PCBA, cable, and lab equipment handling experience
• ESD handling protocol knowledge
• Communication skills for working with technical teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities

Responsibilities

• Track, receive, and restock components, consumables, tools, and equipment
• Set and maintain reorder thresholds
• Prepare parts kits for engineering builds, prototypes, and repairs
• Coordinate inbound deliveries, outbound shipments, returns, and RMAs
• Inspect and log incoming materials
• Maintain an organized, labeled, ESD-safe storage system
• Run cycle counts and inventory audits
• Maintain accurate inventory data in tracking tools
• Support lab upkeep, safety, equipment tracking, and demonstration setup
• Lift and carry equipment and materials up to 40 lbs
