About the Role

You will manage day-to-day warehouse inventory operations, including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, staging, cycle counts, and discrepancy reconciliation. You will maintain kanban areas, update ERP inventory records, use Google Workspace for tracking and reporting, operate warehouse equipment and a box truck, follow safety protocols, and improve inventory processes.

Requirements

• 1+ year of warehouse or large-scale inventory experience
• 1+ year of ERP system experience
• Google Sheets and Google Workspace proficiency
• 1+ year of forklift, pallet jack, and warehouse equipment experience
• 1+ year of box-truck driving experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move warehouse materials
• NetSuite or comparable inventory-management platform experience
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, kanban, and 5S

Responsibilities

• Execute shipping and receiving for inbound and outbound materials
• Pick, pack, and stage materials for production and deliveries
• Fulfill inventory requests for Manufacturing, Research and Development, and Fleet departments
• Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Maintain, organize, and replenish kanban areas
• Update and manage inventory records in the ERP system
• Use Google Sheets and Google Workspace for inventory tracking, reporting, and communication
• Operate a box truck for material transport
• Follow warehouse safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements
• Improve inventory processes and operational efficiency
