About the Role
You will develop and maintain integrated master schedules for aerospace programs. You will apply critical-path methods, establish schedule baselines, integrate cost and risk data, analyze performance and forecasts, support proposals, and present schedule insights to program leaders, customers, and functional teams.
Requirements
- Three or more years of project scheduling or program-planning experience
- Bachelor’s degree in program management, engineering, construction management, business administration, finance, or a related field
- Experience developing logic-driven network schedules
- Knowledge of Critical Path Methodology, float analysis, and schedule risk assessment
- Experience with schedule baselines and change control
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management and schedule integration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office
- Written, visual, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to support multiple programs with varying contract types and reporting requirements
- U.S. Person status or eligibility for required export authorizations
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and control Integrated Master Schedules
- Apply Critical Path Methodology and perform schedule integrity checks
- Integrate schedules with cost and risk systems
- Establish schedule baselines and support baseline change management
- Perform variance, float, critical-path, KPI, and trend analyses
- Support ETC, EAC, and forecasting processes
- Develop proposal-level schedules
- Collaborate with program, engineering, contracts, procurement, finance, and quality functions
- Present schedule performance data and recommendations
- Contribute to process improvements and tool integrations
