About the Role
You will maintain detailed work plans and short-interval schedules aligned with the Integrated Master Schedule. You will track field progress, constraints, commissioning activities, and handover items; support schedule updates in Primavera P6; coordinate with contractors; and prepare project-control reports.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of planning or scheduling experience on construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects
- Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling principles
- Experience working on active construction sites with contractors and trades
- Proficiency in Excel
- Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain 2-, 3-, and 6-week look-ahead schedules
- Collect, validate, and record field progress data
- Support schedule updates, logic checks, and coding in Primavera P6
- Track and help clear project constraints
- Support contractor and trade coordination meetings
- Plan and track commissioning, turnovers, and punch-list close-out
- Prepare progress charts, milestone trackers, and project-report inputs
- Maintain accurate planning records and documentation
