About the Role

You will develop and maintain integrated master schedules for data-center projects and the development portfolio. You will evaluate contractor schedules, manage schedule updates, identify critical-path risks, analyze delays and changes, and provide decision-ready schedule reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 7 or more years of construction scheduling experience supporting large capital projects
  • Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6
  • Experience with Oracle Primavera Cloud or comparable enterprise scheduling platforms
  • Experience building and maintaining integrated master schedules
  • Knowledge of critical-path methodology, baseline management, progress measurement, time-impact analysis, fragnets, and recovery planning
  • Ability to evaluate schedule logic and communicate schedule risk and recovery options
  • Analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to travel as required

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and status integrated master schedules
  • Establish work breakdown structures, coding, calendars, baselines, update procedures, and quality standards
  • Integrate milestones and dependencies across project workstreams
  • Lead schedule-update cycles and produce look-ahead schedules
  • Review contractor, consultant, and design-partner schedules
  • Identify critical paths, delays, milestone exposure, and schedule compression
  • Develop schedule scenarios, fragnets, time-impact analyses, and recovery actions
  • Support schedule-risk analysis and forecast confidence
  • Provide schedule information for reporting, forecasts, dashboards, and communications
  • Coordinate external scheduling resources
  • Maintain records supporting change evaluation, claims avoidance, and disputes
  • Improve scheduling methods, integrations, templates, and reporting
