About the Role

You will lead scheduling across a North American data center portfolio. You will manage the scheduling team, own integrated master schedules, establish standards and governance, assess schedule quality and risk, oversee contractor schedules, report to executives, improve scheduling systems, and align schedules with project, cost, and contract positions.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of planning and scheduling experience on large capital projects
  • At least 5 years leading scheduling or project controls teams
  • Experience scheduling mission-critical or complex facilities valued at $500M+
  • Expert CPM scheduling knowledge
  • Expert Primavera P6 experience
  • Experience with quantitative schedule risk analysis, schedule quality assessment, and delay or time-impact analysis
  • Experience establishing scheduling standards, governance, and reporting
  • Ability to explain schedule positions to senior and non-technical audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and develop the scheduling team
  • Own the portfolio-level integrated master schedule
  • Establish and enforce scheduling standards
  • Set schedule health metrics and conduct schedule reviews
  • Maintain visibility of critical paths and delivery milestones
  • Lead quantitative schedule risk analysis and contingency strategy
  • Define contractual scheduling requirements and oversee contractor schedules
  • Lead delay, time-impact, and recovery analysis
  • Own executive schedule reporting
  • Select, implement, and improve scheduling and analytics platforms
  • Align scheduling with project, construction, engineering, procurement, commissioning, cost management, and commercial teams
