About the Role
You will serve as a key partner across Marketing, RevOps, IT and Security to build and maintain the data foundations that power the go-to-market organization. You will own the design, optimization, governance and operational reliability of marketing data flows and integrations across the marketing technology ecosystem, combining strong technical and analytical capabilities with cross-functional collaboration, documentation and process management skills.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Technology or related operational roles
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM integrations, lead lifecycle management and marketing data architecture
- Experience working with APIs, integration platforms, workflow automation tools or cross-system data flows
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, IT, Analytics and other technical/non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving processes and priorities
- Strong documentation, organization and operational process management skills
- Experience supporting data governance, compliance or audit-related initiatives is a plus
Responsibilities
- Define, build and maintain scalable data flows and integrations across marketing systems to ensure reliable, consistent and accessible data
- Design and document integration architecture, field mappings, transformation logic, sync behavior and system dependencies
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration failures, synchronization issues and operational bottlenecks
- Partner with RevOps and IT to implement and optimize cross-functional integrations, APIs and automation workflows
- Support onboarding and integration of new marketing technologies and vendors
- Develop and maintain documentation for system architecture, workflows, governance standards and operational procedures
- Help establish scalable standards for system configuration, integration design, change management and operational support
- Support data governance, compliance, audit and security initiatives in partnership with internal stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reduce manual operational work and increase process scalability through automation
- Partner with Marketing Data & Analytics, RevOps and business stakeholders to support trusted reporting, attribution and funnel visibility
- Support scalable reporting datasets, operational dashboards and data accessibility across systems
