About the Role
Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Apple Search Ads; monitor budgets, KPIs, and performance; conduct A/B testing; analyze campaign data; prepare reports; collaborate with creative and product teams; and stay current with performance marketing trends.
Requirements
- 5 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Apple Search Ads
- Strong skills in data gathering, analysis, and reporting using Excel, Google Sheets, Data Studio, or similar tools
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics including CTR, CVR, CPI, CAC, ROAS, and ARPU
- Basic knowledge of audience targeting, keyword strategy, and attribution models
- Experience with analytics platforms such as Firebase, AppsFlyer, and Google Analytics
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
