About the Role
You will own a product stream across positioning, messaging, launches, lifecycle activity, and adoption. You will translate technical details into value propositions, create Finnish marketing content, localise UX copy, support sales, coordinate launch communications, monitor performance data, and work with external partners to accelerate product usage.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing or a similar field
- Experience owning a product or product area end to end
- Experience in a fast-paced growth company or startup
- Experience in fintech banking or financial services
- Experience in B2B marketing for SMEs is preferred
- Experience planning and executing go-to-market activities
- Fluency in Finnish
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Strong collaboration skills
- Strong project management skills
- Experience working with partners or external stakeholders
- Ability to use data to guide decisions
- Use of AI tools in daily work
- Understanding of broader marketing is a plus
- Experience launching products in local markets is a plus
- Familiarity with customer segmentation or persona development is a plus
- Experience with Jira WordPress HubSpot Figma Transifex Looker or Redash is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own positioning messaging launches and adoption for a product stream
- Coordinate product launches across appropriate channels
- Create lifecycle flows that drive product usage
- Monitor adoption usage and revenue metrics
- Translate technical specifications into value propositions
- Write Finnish marketing materials and sales collateral
- Localise in-product and UX copy from English to Finnish
- Enable sales with messaging tools and content
- Brief partners and support accurate product representation
