About the Role

You will manage day to day shopper marketing and IMC budgets including media spend tracking and forecasting for finance and communicating budget shifts. You will collaborate with agency partners and finance to monitor budget health, identify overspends or underspends, and build holistic activation plans with Omni Commerce and CDO teams. You will assist with communication of upcoming programming through existing channels and optimize the communication process ongoing. You will support the manager in the omni shopper activation platform planning and execution from brief to execution. You will contribute to inputs for customer presentations and attend customer and brand meetings as assigned. You will develop annual planning templates in partnership with commerce agency and build recommended plans for alignment with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of experience in CPG Sales Shopper Marketing eCom or Marketing
  • Self starter independent thinker action oriented and passionate about brand shopper marketing
  • Analytically inclined with the ability to link seemingly disparate pieces of information
  • Ability to work independently multi task and prioritize under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day shopper marketing and IMC budgets including media spend tracking and forecasting for finance
  • Manage MAF and PO processing for US and Canada ensuring accuracy and tracking for IMC working media production and fees
  • Proactively identify process inefficiencies and lead improvements such as automated dashboards and streamlined budget tracking systems
  • Collaborate with agency partners and finance to monitor budget health and identify overspends or underspends
  • Partner with Omni Commerce and CDO teams to build and communicate holistic commerce activation plans
  • Assist with communication of upcoming programming through existing channels and optimize the communication process ongoing
  • Support manager in omni shopper activation platform planning and execution from brief to execution
  • Input on customer presentations and attend customer and brand meetings as assigned
  • Develop annual planning templates in partnership with commerce agency and build recommended plans aligned with stakeholders
