About the Role
You will own and improve marketing web surfaces and conversion flows, build product launch packages, produce and repurpose technical marketing content, and create AI-augmented workflows to reduce manual work. You will run targeted acquisition campaigns, set up reporting and dashboards, operate feedback loops (NPS, surveys, segmentation), and translate technical product updates into clear go-to-market assets. You will proactively identify gaps across web, SEO, content, campaigns, partnerships, and automation, then ship measurable improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical marketing, growth engineering, web development, product marketing, DevRel marketing or content engineering
- Hands-on experience with WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript and modern web publishing workflows
- Daily use of LLMs, coding agents, research agents and automation tools
- Ability to write, edit and package technical content for developer or infrastructure audiences
- Good understanding of SEO, AEO, analytics, conversion tracking, campaign performance and marketing funnels
- Experience with paid and organic channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn, X, Medium, newsletter and community distribution
- Ability to understand technical Web3 infrastructure topics such as RPC, node, API, wallet, indexing, validator, staking and self-hosted infrastructure
- Strong English communication, sharp judgment, high ownership and bias toward shipping measurable work
Responsibilities
- Own and improve the marketing website and conversion-focused web surfaces across product, campaign, partner, SEO and AEO initiatives
- Build launch packages for product launches and ecosystem initiatives
- Produce and repurpose technical marketing content for blog, social, Medium, newsletter, ads and community channels
- Create AI-augmented workflows for content production, web publishing, campaign setup, reporting and customer research
- Support acquisition through targeted campaigns, landing flows, partner marketing, community coverage, retargeting and lead qualification
- Establish and operate product feedback loops including NPS campaigns, survey workflows, customer segmentation and insight reporting
- Track marketing performance with clear metrics, dashboards, experiments and conversion analysis
- Collaborate with product, DevEx, engineering, design, sales and leadership to convert technical updates into go-to-market assets
- Proactively identify gaps and ship improvements without waiting for detailed task assignments
