About the Role
You will own how Alpen is positioned and understood by partners and the broader ecosystem. You will develop clear narrative and brand strategy aligned with partnership and distribution goals, create high-impact content and thought leadership, and drive inbound demand from relevant ecosystem participants. You will align marketing closely with business development to improve pipeline quality and conversion, prioritize industry moments and events, and continuously refine positioning, channels, and programs based on results.
Requirements
- Experience driving growth through partnerships platforms or ecosystem strategies
- Ability to define strategy and execute directly in a fast-moving environment
- Strong positioning and narrative skills with ability to translate technical ideas into clear market narratives
- Experience building content engines that generate inbound such as reports and thought leadership
- Instincts around industry moments events and distribution channels
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with BD leadership and technical teams
- Experience in crypto fintech or developer ecosystems (bonus)
- Existing relationships across relevant media conferences or ecosystem players (bonus)
- Background working with infrastructure or protocol-level products (bonus)
Responsibilities
- Own how Alpen EVM is positioned and understood by partners and the broader ecosystem
- Develop clear narrative and brand strategy aligned with partnership and distribution goals
- Build and execute strategies that generate inbound interest from relevant ecosystem participants
- Ensure marketing efforts are tightly aligned with BD pipeline and partnership KPIs
- Lead creation of high-impact content and thought leadership
- Identify and prioritize conferences events and channels that drive ecosystem engagement
- Partner with BD to translate distribution and partnership targets into marketing campaigns
- Continuously refine positioning channels and programs based on results
