About the Role
You will develop and execute go-to-market and product marketing strategies to drive adoption and growth. You will lead and mentor growth and product marketing teams, run paid campaigns and events, and build community marketing for developer audiences (blog, Discord, etc.). You will craft thought leadership and brand marketing initiatives, collaborate closely with product to launch solutions and bundles, and own pipeline generation strategies for enterprise clients using data-driven insights. You will be hands-on in campaign execution and participate in tactical deep dives when needed.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in marketing or a related field
- Hands-on experience managing marketing campaigns and executing tactically in an agile environment
- Experience working in gaming or an agency
- Extensive background in technology marketing with experience selling tech products and navigating developer ecosystems
- Proven ability to collaborate with sales product development and customer success
- History of overseeing growth initiatives optimizing operational efficiencies and crafting strategic marketing plans
- Experience developing and executing product marketing strategies
- Experience owning pipeline generation strategies for enterprise clients using data-driven insights
- Deep interest in and understanding of web3 and blockchain technology
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term go-to-market strategies
- Lead and mentor marketing teams and engage in tactical deep dives
- Oversee and evolve growth and product marketing teams
- Transition product marketing from single-product brand awareness to solutions and bundles
- Run paid advertising and events to drive self-service revenue growth
- Develop and implement community marketing for developer audiences via blog Discord and other channels
- Develop thought leadership and brand marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with product to develop and execute product marketing strategies
