About the Role
Lead marketing communications across Korea, Australia, and Southeast Asia by planning localized campaigns, creating B2B content, translating and adapting global materials, managing regional content calendars, monitoring performance, and coordinating media and PR agencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing communications or content marketing
- Excellent Korean writing and copywriting skills
- Business-level English proficiency
- Ability to translate and adapt global content for local markets
- Ability to manage multiple regions and projects while meeting deadlines
- Ability to work creatively within established brand guidelines
- Willingness and ability to travel within APAC and to headquarters
- Data-driven approach to analyzing and improving content performance
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Experience managing translation or localization projects
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute content campaigns for Korea, Australia, and Southeast Asia
- Align campaign messaging and channel strategy with regional priorities and business goals
- Partner with local business development teams on sales-connected campaigns
- Plan and produce B2B content around customer journeys and purchase decisions
- Identify relevant content topics for local markets
- Write localized content for blogs, newsletters, sales collateral, and other channels
- Translate and localize global content into Korean and other regional languages
- Coordinate global content calendars with local distribution schedules
- Manage regional content calendars and publishing
- Monitor regional content performance and share improvement insights
- Communicate with APAC media outlets and PR agencies
- Track and report on media coverage
- Plan APAC-specific articles and manage media placements
- Brief and manage local PR agencies
