About the Role
You will own campaigns from build through launch and performance monitoring. You will create email and notification campaigns, manage multilingual delivery, collaborate with stakeholders, report results, identify process issues, and use AI tools and marketing platforms to improve campaign operations.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing automation, digital marketing operations, or a technical or analytical environment
- SFMC experience preferred
- HTML and CSS
- Claude
- ChatGPT
- n8n
- Communication skills
- Internal AI-tool and automation experience preferred
- Basic programming knowledge preferred
- Financial markets or fintech knowledge preferred
Responsibilities
- Create and manage multichannel campaigns
- Own campaign delivery from build through launch and performance monitoring
- Build email and notification campaigns in SFMC and HTML
- Use in-house AI tools
- Manage multilingual campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and report results
