About the Role
You will manage end-to-end production for fund launches and wider marketing content. You will run webinars, publish CMS pages, brief and direct design work, coordinate compliance approvals, maintain live materials, manage production calendars and repositories, and build automations for recurring workflows.
Requirements
- Marketing experience in financial services or fintech
- Experience taking materials through compliance review
- Experience producing live digital events
- Experience with Livestorm or a similar platform
- Ability to build pages in a CMS
- Ability to evaluate and direct creative work
- Strong compliance-ready copywriting
- Ability to manage multiple launches and changing schedules
- Experience with Claude, automations, and agentic workflows
- Eligibility to live and work in Germany
Responsibilities
- Manage the webinar calendar, guest confirmations, rehearsals, and Livestorm sessions
- Build and publish fund and webinar pages in the CMS
- Brief, direct, and review design work for launch materials
- Coordinate compliance sign-off for produced materials
- Maintain and audit live fund materials with Investment Team and Fund Operations
- Deliver marketing assets including ads, white papers, brochureware, sales decks, and event merchandise
- Manage the production calendar, materials repository, regulatory packs, and platform uploads
- Build automations using Claude and agentic workflows
