About the Role
You will develop and document repeatable manufacturing and assembly processes for prototype and pre-production hardware. You will build fixtures and workflows, validate processes and durability, maintain CAD documentation, and help improve product manufacturability.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing or mechanical engineering
- Basic CAD skills in SolidWorks, Onshape, or similar software
- Ability to perform physical setup, assembly, and post-processing work
- Current enrollment in engineering or a related field
Responsibilities
- Develop and document repeatable manufacturing and assembly processes
- Build and improve fixtures, jigs, and workflows
- Validate processes and perform durability testing
- Maintain CAD and process documentation
- Partner on design-for-manufacturability improvements
