About the Role
You will design and validate end-of-line test systems for humanoid computing, cameras, power systems, batteries, sensors, radios, and actuators. You will review design artifacts, support integration and debugging, and specify and procure the equipment, tools, and fixtures needed for testing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience.
- Experience with end-of-line test station equipment, including PLCs, power supplies, electronic loads, DAQs, sensors, and pogo pins.
- Strong electrical engineering fundamentals.
- Ability to design interface and support PCBAs for end-of-line stations.
- Experience with AC power distribution for test equipment.
- Experience with CAN, Ethernet, and RS-485 communication protocols.
- Experience with automation tools, programming languages such as Python, and end-of-line tester frameworks.
- Commitment to five days per week of in-office collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Design and validate end-of-line testers for humanoid systems.
- Review drawings, schematics, layouts, and bills of materials from peers and suppliers.
- Support end-of-line system integration, test execution, and debugging.
- Specify and procure manufacturing equipment, tools, and fixtures for end-of-line testers.
