About the Role

You will own corporate-services sourcing and the end-to-end procurement lifecycle. You will develop category strategies, analyze markets and spend, negotiate contracts, manage supplier performance, mitigate risk, partner with corporate leaders, and manage Sourcing Specialists while building the procurement team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field
• 7+ years of category management or procurement experience with an indirect or corporate-services focus
• Experience developing category strategies with measurable cost savings
• Contract negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
• Spend analysis and problem-solving skills
• Stakeholder partnership and influence skills
• Experience with P2P systems such as Coupa, Zip, or SAP Ariba

Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing strategies for corporate services categories
• Manage the procurement lifecycle from market analysis through supplier performance management
• Develop category strategies and conduct spend analysis
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships
• Deliver value and mitigate procurement risk for corporate leaders
• Lead Sourcing Specialists and build the corporate procurement team
• Drive continuous improvement across corporate procurement
