About the Role
You will lead the architecture, design, and development of integrated applications for over-the-air updates and flight operations. You will guide delivery of training, maintenance, and flight-data tools, coordinate with DevOps and integration teams, support customer-facing interfaces, and ensure secure, reliable software.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 6+ years of software-development experience with complex or distributed systems
- 1+ years of project leadership or engineering-management experience

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of over-the-air software-update systems
- Oversee development of aircraft training and demonstration applications
- Guide development of maintenance and operator-facing applications
- Review enhancements to flight-data collection, processing, and analysis tools
- Lead the release of applications for Customer Success and Production operations
- Coordinate with DevOps, Simulation, and Integration and Test teams
- Collaborate with the GCS team on customer-facing interfaces
- Ensure software meets security, testing, industry, and customer requirements
