About the Role

You will manage the implementation of fixed income investment strategies, analyze macroeconomic factors and market conditions, advise clients, lead portfolio construction, research fixed income securities, prepare investment reports and proposals, maintain regulatory compliance, and provide guidance to junior team members. You may also manage a small team of Fixed Income professionals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced degree and/or industry designation such as MBA CFA or CFP
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in investment consulting or analysis
  • SIE Exam Series 7 Series 63 and Series 52 required within 150 days of employment; Series 53 preferred
  • Experience managing fixed income portfolios
  • Knowledge of fixed income securities credit analysis interest rate risk management and portfolio construction
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analytical tools

Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation of fixed income investment strategies
  • Analyze macroeconomic factors interest rate trends and credit conditions
  • Provide recommendations to senior team members
  • Advise clients on fixed income investments
  • Conduct frequent portfolio reviews and adjust strategies
  • Lead portfolio construction and securities selection
  • Rebalance portfolios based on index and model changes
  • Research government corporate and municipal bonds and other debt instruments
  • Evaluate credit risk interest rate risk and market trends
  • Participate in investment strategy client sales and marketing meetings
  • Prepare and present reports investment proposals and performance reviews
  • Maintain knowledge of fixed income markets regulatory changes and industry trends
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Implement risk management practices
  • Manage a small team of Fixed Income professionals
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
