About the Role

You originate, structure, and distribute fixed income derivative and structured credit products for institutional clients. You develop client strategies, build distribution capabilities, manage relationships, collaborate across internal groups, assess transaction risks, and monitor market opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in structured credit, fixed income derivatives, or structured finance origination or distribution
  • Expertise in bank and insurance capital regulations, private credit, structured financing, or financial accounting
  • Understanding of securitization processes, credit derivatives, and financing instruments
  • Established relationships with institutional investors, insurance companies, or asset managers
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, STEM, or a related field
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Business development and relationship management capabilities
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Team-oriented approach with an ownership mindset

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute origination strategies across the U.S. client base
  • Identify and onboard new institutional clients
  • Originate, structure, and distribute structured funding products, securitizations, insurance-backed structures, and credit derivatives
  • Build distribution capabilities and cultivate relationships with risk-takers and investors
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver products and identify cross-sell opportunities
  • Understand transaction risk profiles and follow risk management processes
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Participate in industry events and conferences
