About the Role
You manage the Treasury fixed income investment portfolio, structure traditional finance and Bitcoin products, execute OTC Bitcoin and FX trades, support investment and hedging activities, manage related risks, and contribute to Treasury performance, P&L, and risk reporting.
Requirements
- CFA, CIMA, or similar qualification preferred
- Experience in fixed income investments, including sourcing, evaluating, and managing a fixed income portfolio
- Experience structuring Treasury products, ideally including Bitcoin-referenced structures
- Strong OTC Bitcoin and FX trading or flow experience
- Prior trading experience with a strong understanding of market execution and price discovery
- Understanding of risk-reward trade-offs and Group Risk Appetite
- Creative and commercially minded approach to designing investment and yield-enhancing solutions
- Crypto experience
- Strong understanding of financial principles, investment management, and treasury operations
- Excellent quantitative and analytical abilities
- Knowledge of investment and market-related risks and risk mitigation strategies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in financial calculations and reporting

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the Treasury fixed income investment portfolio
- Source, evaluate, and execute investments within approved risk limits
- Assess and balance risk and reward across Treasury investment and structuring activities
- Structure investment and yield products for Treasury
- Design and structure Bitcoin-referenced yield, hedging, and investment products
- Execute and manage OTC Bitcoin trades and FX flows
- Maintain counterparty relationships and ensure best execution
- Apply trading discipline to investment, hedging, and execution activities
- Identify and mitigate credit, market, currency, and interest rate risks
- Contribute to Treasury management information, investment performance, P&L, and risk reporting
