About the Role
You will lead global compensation programs and related Total Rewards operations. You will partner with Recruiting, Finance, and business leaders on job architecture, offers, headcount planning, people budgeting, M&A analysis, and analytical People projects. You will turn complex data into clear recommendations and scalable processes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Total Rewards, compensation, or related People analytics or operations experience in a multi-country or globally distributed environment
- Experience with job architecture, market pricing, compensation ranges, offer support, pay decisions, and compensation cycles
- Experience managing compensation datasets and surveys
- Experience implementing or operating a compensation platform
- Working knowledge of benefit structures across multiple countries
- Experience partnering with Recruiting on ranges, leveling, offers, and job IDs
- Ability to own headcount planning and people budgeting
- Analytical modeling and spreadsheet skills
- Experience working across global locations and time zones
- Sound judgment with sensitive compensation and employee data
- Ability to overlap regularly with West Coast working hours
Responsibilities
- Own global compensation programs, including base pay, variable pay, and equity-related processes
- Advise leaders on offers, promotions, leveling, and pay decisions
- Build and maintain job architecture, job IDs, job families, levels, and titles
- Price roles and refresh compensation ranges using market and internal data
- Run compensation cycles, including modeling, manager enablement, quality checks, and reporting
- Implement and operate compensation platforms and related tools
- Advise on global benefit structures and support pay-equity and pay-transparency compliance
- Support Recruiting with ranges, leveling guidance, offer data, and job ID integrity
- Own or partner on headcount planning, people budgeting, scenario analysis, and People-related M&A work
- Lead analytical and operational People projects, including workforce data, process design, integrations, and decision support
